At Millennium Travel Nursing we make finding the right Nursing or Allied Health position simple. Over the years, we’ve developed a consistent process designed to help you connect with the ideal employment quickly and easily, with support at every step.

Simple, step-by-step process

Build Your Profile
Connect with a Recruiter to discuss your experience and career goals, complete a skills checklist using our online competency portal, and provide required documents and references.

Choose Your Future
Your Recruiter will compile a list of job openings that match your interests and skills for you to consider. You can review the details and select which opportunities you’d like to pursue.

Submit Your Profile
We submit your profile to the positions you chose and monitor their status daily. You may be contacted directly by the facility for an interview. If a position closes or the facility decides to go in a different direction, your Recruiter will notify you immediately and present alternative opportunities to consider.

Receive an Offer
Speed is one of our greatest strengths. We usually receive an offer shortly after your interview. If the facility would like to make you part of their team, your recruiter will reach out to relay all the details of your new opportunity.

Welcome Aboard
When you accept an offer, we notify the facility and initiate the onboarding process. You can usually start your new position within a few weeks.

Ongoing Support
Our support doesn’t end when you begin your job. Have an issue that needs resolution? Want to extend your contract? We’re here to help!
